These are some photos of the head (now complete) which I used in my Friday pop up session. The photo's aren't very good, but the effect of the light reflected in the head were very interesting. This isn't how I plan to show the head, but it has opened me up to the use of light within the sculpture I'm making. I thought the shapes and colours which reflected from the head were captivating and it almost felt a shame to confine them to a box, but then again, it reminded me of what I mentioned about Kusama's piece, about how I enjoyed the way she seemed to contain infinity, chaos and beauty within a small space.
