After I had made the mask (and video) I went and bought a basic paper mache mask from a craft shop and covered it in images of my flatmate wearing the mask I had made. These are some of the photographs I took of it. I'm really happy with the way they turned out as they have a bit of a sinister air to them, but they are striking. I especially like the ones of the reflection in the mirror taken through the eye, the idea of the mask becoming a sort of barrier is an interesting thought, I will try to develop on this idea.
