These are some photos I took of the finished box with the head inside. I decided to change the view holes in the piece to link back to Sydney Nolan's paintings, in which he hid his subjects faces behind crude black squares with large spaces where the eyes should be, however, I feel they turned out a bit too large, so I might make another box and try to limit what the viewer can initially see in the box.
I feel overall it has turned out quite well and definitely does have its 'presence' which I wanted to capture.
